What is stronger in the book: plot or character development? The plot. Because the content is so strong, so graphic. I do believe it was intentional.

What have you read that is similar to this book? Helen Of Troy.

Using information from the book about one of the main characters, rewrote the ending of the book. I would have had Charlie escape. He would have found Noor and taken her away from that horrible life.
